  • Owners are responsible for their dogs AT ALL TIMES. Please keep your dog on a lead until they are inside the pool area that is enclosed- Doggy Paddle NI is on a working farm and we want to keep your dog safe.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the session with a full refund. Cancellations made after this will be charged at the full rate. Please note, you will not be refunded for a late or no show.

  • If owners choose to enter the pool, you MUST give advance notice at the time of booking. The pool water is not heated, a wetsuit is advised. Entering the Doggy Paddle Pool is done at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please note there are limited changing areas for owners.

  • Dogs must not be pushed or thrown into the pool. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave.

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated, or Titre tested.

  • Doggy Paddle NI has no control over the release of photographs on social media by other customers.

  • Owners are expected to clean up after your dog and take any rubbish home.

  • Please DO NOT feed your dog for at least 3 hours before a swim to avoid any embarrassing poop related incidents! If your dog poops in the pool the pool has to be closed for at least 2 hours to be disinfected which means that we will have to cancel later bookings and other doggies will be missing their swim. Unfortunately, we will have to hold you responsible for the costs of any cancelled swims because of an accident.

  • Dogs MUST have their claws clipped short to prevent damage to the pool liner.

  • Dogs with injuries, health problems, in season or recovering from surgery must have permission from their vet to swim.

  • We do not provide physiotherapy or hydrotherapy services, we simply want your dog to have fun, exercise and have a positive social experience.

  • Your half-hour session includes the time taken to enter and exit the pool. You and your dog must exit the pool at the end of your session.

  • Please be advised that a 1-minute swim equates to a 4-minute run for a dog, this is the reason we limit the time in the water to a maximum of 30 minutes.

  • Due to manufacturers restrictions, there is a maximum load of 16 stone on the pool ladder.

  • Please let us know in advance, if your dog has any behavioural issues including a history of biting or aggression, this does not stop you from coming, it is to ensure the safety of staff and customers. If your dog is not good with other dogs an individual session is the best booking option.

  • Dogs showing aggression to others will be asked to leave.

  • By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the Doggy Paddle NI Terms and Conditions.
